How long is your turnaround time?
We aim to complete most jobs within 2 business days. However, larger jobs may take longer.
What file format should I send for printing?
PDF is best. Ideally supplied in CMYK colour mode, with 3mm bleed and crop marks. We can also accept AI, EPS and high-resolution JPEG/PNG. Alway check the resolution and fonts before sending.
What resolution does my artwork need to be?
We recommend all files to be a minimum of 300dpi.
Why do my printed colours look different from my screen?
Screen use RGB colour mode. Printers use CMYK. Some colours (especially bright blues and neon tones) cannot be reporduced exactly in print. We always recommend supplying files in CMYK for better colour accuracy.
